Athletes: stay in shape during the off-season. Increase your athletic performance – speed, agility, power and strength – with sports conditioning exercises as well as spinning, running, weight training, and outdoor activities. Note: Comfortable workout clothing, running shoes, a water bottle and towel are required. The camp day is 8:30am to 4:30pm. Camp programming runs from 9am to 4pm. Before & After Care is not available for camps located at heritage homes, parks, the City Playhouse Theatre, or for any half day camp.
