The interview will take place in a pool or aquatic environment to evaluate the candidate's proficiency in swimming and lifeguarding. During the in-water interview, candidates will be required to demonstrate their swimming skills, rescue techniques, and other relevant abilities specific to the position they are applying for, whether it be lifeguarding, instructing, or both. Important: Candidates must hold valid certifications, including Standard First Aid and CPR-C. Those who do not possess the necessary certifications for either lifeguarding or instructing, as well as Standard First Aid and CPR-C, will be removed from the Wet Interview Candidate List.
